Getting our product to you!
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then proceed to process your order, once the order has been dispatched you will receive and second email with a tracking number, so you can track your order online.
When can you expect to receive your parcel
Please allow 2-5 business days for standard delivery from time of order.
Sydney metropolitan areas will likely arrive sooner, please allow extra time for rural areas, Perth, WA and NT.
Cost of Shipping
FREE standard delivery to all orders Australia wide over $60
Flat rate $10 on orders under $60
Operating hours
Please note we do not dispatch goods on weekends.
Business hours are from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be posted the next business day.
Method of shipment
We have chosen our main method of shipment as Sendle. Why? Sendle has a great approach on environmental sustainability, which we support and encourage. Sendle is a registered B Corp and Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service partnering with Climate Friendly.
Ou alternate method of shipment is Australia Post, which we are required to use use on some occasions, such as delivery to PO Box addresses.
Returns/Exchange

Unfortunately we cannot consider refunds or exchange for opened or used products.

CHRISTMAS DISPATCH TIMES.
Our studio will be closed from the 22nd December - 4th January. Any items ordered in this time will be dispatched upon our return. If you require items before Christmas you will need to place your order by 15th December to ensure you receive it in time.
