Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your item is considered faulty or you have been sent an incorrect item you will be eligible for a refund or credit. If you have been sent an incorrect item your products must be returned with a tamper evident seal unopened.Â
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. However if your product is faulty or incorrect we will handle the cost of shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post with a tracking number. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Zuanna Cosmetics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Please include your original order number so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items - If something is purchased at a discounted rate you will only receive funds back for the amount paid on that item.
