What to Expect from a session
Each session is a collaborative process. We begin with a brief discussion around what’s currently going on for you, followed by muscle testing to identify stress patterns within the body.
From there, we work through tailored balancing techniques which may include emotional stress release, acupressure points, energetic balancing, sound therapy, lifestyle guidance, and nervous system support strategies.
The goal is not only to release stress in the moment, but to create lasting change by addressing the underlying causes your body is holding onto.
